definition: mazel tov

Heard the word from one of the oc's episode... Episode 310 -“The Chrismukkah Bar Mitz-vahkkah”... Sandy Cohen said the word to Ryan Etwood after his Bar Mitzvah... =) it's really fun to learn new things from watching tv series... =)
