Do Things Right

Lately this one thing has been on my mind a lot, both conciously and subconciously.

It seems like things/people around me reminds me about it all the time, directly or indirectly.

Cas a.k.a Jocasta Perry (from the book "Game Over" by Adele Park) said ...
"Second place is nowhere. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well. That's always been my motto."

Zen (on his blog) said ...
"If it's worth doing - It's worth doing right."

I think it's a great principle in doing things with our life.
I'd like to try and live my life that way.

So now, I have a "sticky note" on my iGoogle page - which undoubtedly has become my IE's 'implicit-home-page' at work - that said...
"If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well."

There!
Now, off you go people - go and do the things you have opt to do - do it right! :)

just a side note hehehe, sometimes you can get stuck on 'doing things the right way'...

IMO 'the right way of doing things should always strife to satisfy all constraint. Don't get too stuck on one perspective of 'doing things right' and ran off in that direction ignoring everyone else. You can end up being a jerk.

I did once.

I have always thought that 'diet' is worth doing, but why can never 'do it right?'
