Perhaps, this is better used to cure peanut butter addiction than as a diet tool. The menu plan is done at the rate of ~1500 calorie consumption per day, which is enough to help weight loss. But, it would be slower than consumption of 1300-1400 calories a day. Note that, an extra 100 calories a day = 700 calories a week and it is said that we need to burn 3500 calories in order to lose ~0.5 kg of fat. So, it really depends on where you're at, where you want to be, and when do you want to get there. :D
Still - an offer of 4 tbsp of peanut butter a day is quite hard to resist...
